How long is the initial evaluation and subsequent appointments?

All appointments run approximately 60 minutes. If you have time restrictions and need to modify the length of your appointments, your therapist can work with you to accommodate your schedule.

Do you bill insurance for physical therapy services?

Yes. After each visit, our billing department will submit the claim to the insurance company for payment. Patient statements are sent out monthly.

What insurances are you contracted with?

We are a preferred provider for the following insurance companies:

  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield
  • Aetna
  • ODS
  • Cigna
  • United Healthcare
  • EBMS
  • Meritain

In addition, we accept most other insurances, including:

  • Medicare
  • Medicaid
  • Denali Kid Care
  • Tricare
  • Workman’s Compensation
  • MVA (first party claims only)

If you do not see your insurance provider on this list, please contact our front office to determine if it is accepted.

Will my insurance pay for physical therapy?

As a courtesy, Reger Physical Therapy will contact your insurance before your initial evaluation to determine eligibility and coverage benefits for your plan. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your benefits, we are happy to discuss those with you.

What if I don’t have insurance?

We understand that medical care can be costly and are happy to discuss payment options with you to make the cost of care more manageable.

Do I need a referral to be seen for physical therapy?

Some insurances require a referral for physical therapy and we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to determine the provisions of your plan.
